Our systems do not make regulated commercial decisions, provide legal or medical advice, or replace essential human judgement.

2. UK GDPR & Data Minimisation

All AI receptionists, phone agents and form handlers operate under strict data minimisation principles. Transcripts and customer records are encrypted and retained only for legitimate pipeline and service fulfilment purposes.
